What can I say about tri State windows? Totally professional company inside and out. I was extremely pleased with the installation technician Roger. He was prompt, incredibly Swift, professional, courteous, hard-working, and respectful. He only took about 5 1/2 hours by himself to install eight windows, which quite impressed me. I am thrilled with the products themselves, and the service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows for their home.

From the salesman Jordon, to Nancy in the office, and Roger the installer, everyone was very professional and very pleasant to deal with. Additionally, the look and the quality of the product are top rate and come with a lifetime guarantee. Roger arrived on time with a smile on his face despite the brutal heat, took out the old windows, collected the debris in a drop cloth, and installed the new ones without scuffing the sills or the frames. He also made sure that our lower roof and deck were cleaned before he left. I highly recommend Tris-State!
